Allan Teoh has published books on baking and his first book, AllanBakes-Really Good Cakes, clinched the Best Desserts Cookbook award for Singapore under the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards 2011. He was also the mentor to the winner and runner-up of the second season of Junior Masterchef Australia series when the contestants visited Singapore for a cooking demonstration in 2012.
Allan was also voted as one the 2009 Heavenly King for his Cheesecake by Singapore mobile users organised by Lianhe Wanbao, Omy and Rednano.
He has been teaching since January 2012.
